This guide will walk you through the process, from accessing the registration page to verifying your identity for GCash and Maya integration.

What You Need Before You Start

To ensure a smooth setup, please have the following ready:

1. A Valid Mobile Number: You will need an active Philippines mobile number (+63) to receive the One-Time Password (OTP) for verification.
2. Stable Internet Connection: Wi-Fi or Mobile Data (4G/5G).
3. Age Requirement: You must be 21 years old or above to join this platform.

Step-by-Step Registration Process

Follow these simple steps to set up your profile.

Step 1: Access the Registration Page

Open the Triple Crown Plus App or visit our website via your browser. Click on the button labeled “Register” or “Join Now”, typically located at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Fill in Your Account Details

You will be presented with a secure form. Please enter the following details accurately:

• Username: Create a unique username (4-16 characters). This will be your identity in the community.
• Password: Create a strong password using a mix of letters and numbers.
• Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to ensure there are no typos.

Security Tip: Do not use your real name or birthdate as your password.

Step 3: Mobile Verification

• Enter Mobile Number: Input your active 10-digit mobile number (e.g., 917xxxxxxx).
• Request OTP: Click the “Send” or “Get Code” button.
• Enter OTP: Check your SMS inbox for a 4-6 digit code sent by Triple Crown. Enter this code into the verification field.

Step 4: Finalize and Log In

Read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Click “Complete Registration”. You will be automatically logged in to your new dashboard!

Next Step: Account Verification (Optional but Recommended)

While you can browse the platform immediately, we recommend completing the basic identity verification to enable seamless GCash or Maya transactions.

1. Go to “User Center” > “Profile”.
2. Enter your Real Name. Note: This must match the name on your GCash/Maya account for withdrawals to work.
3. Set a Transaction Password (a secure PIN for withdrawals).

Troubleshooting Common Registration Issues

If you encounter errors during sign-up, check these common solutions:

🔴 Issue: “I didn’t receive the OTP code.”

• Solution 1: Check if your phone has a signal.
• Solution 2: Ensure you didn’t accidentally block “Unknown Senders” or business SMS in your phone settings.
• Solution 3: Wait 60 seconds and click “Resend.” If it still fails, try restarting your phone.

🔴 Issue: “Username already exists.”

• Solution: The username you chose is already taken by another community member. Try adding a number or changing the spelling (e.g., instead of JuanDelaCruz, try JuanDC_2025).

🔴 Issue: “System Busy” or Error Message.

• Solution: This might be due to a momentary network drop. Refresh the page or close the app and try again in a few minutes.
