📂 Account & Security

Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
A: Don’t worry, it happens. On the login screen, click the “Forgot Password?” link. You will be asked to enter your registered mobile number. We will send you an OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS to verify your identity and let you create a new password instantly.

Q: Why do I need to verify my real name?
A: Security is our top priority. Linking your real name ensures that the account belongs to you and matches your GCash or Maya account. This prevents unauthorized withdrawals and protects your funds.

Q: Can I change my username or registered mobile number?
A: For security reasons, usernames cannot be changed once created. If you need to update your mobile number (e.g., if you lost your SIM), please contact our 24/7 Live Chat Support for manual verification and assistance.


📂 Payments (GCash & Maya)

Q: How long does a withdrawal take to reflect in my GCash?
A: We pride ourselves on speed. Most withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. However, during peak hours or GCash system maintenance, it might take up to an hour. If it takes longer, please save your transaction screenshot and contact support.

Q: Are there fees for depositing or withdrawing?
A: Triple Crown Plus does not charge any hidden service fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, standard transaction limits or small fees imposed by the e-wallet provider (GCash/Maya) may apply depending on your account level with them.

Q: My deposit was deducted from GCash but not credited to my game account.
A: This is usually due to a network delay. Please wait 10-15 minutes. If it still hasn’t reflected, check your GCash transaction history, copy the Reference Number, and send it to our support team so we can manually track and credit it for you.


📂 Mobile App & Technical Support

Q: I cannot install the APK on my Android phone.
A: Android phones block apps from outside the Play Store by default. You need to go to Settings > Security and enable “Install from Unknown Sources” or “Allow from this source”. Our app is scanned and 100% safe.

Q: The app keeps crashing or freezing.
A: This can happen if your internet connection is unstable or if your phone memory is full. Please try:

Q: Is the app available for iPhone (iOS)?
