Your account is your personal key to the platform. You are responsible for keeping it secure.
One Account Policy: You are allowed only one account per person, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system is strictly prohibited.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
Accuracy: You agree to provide true and accurate information (Real Name, Mobile Number) during registration and verification.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
We support local payment methods like GCash and Maya for your convenience.
Ownership: The payment method used must match the registered name on your Triple Crown Plus account. Third-party payments are not accepted.
Verification: We may require identity verification (KYC) before processing large withdrawals to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) regulations.
Processing Time: While we aim for instant transfers, we are not liable for delays caused by the payment provider (e.g., GCash system maintenance).
5. Prohibited Activities
To maintain a fair community, the following actions are strictly forbidden:
Cheating/Collusion: Using bots, AI software, or working with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
Fraud: Using stolen credit cards or exploiting system bugs for financial gain.
Abuse: Harassing support staff or other players in chat rooms.
Consequence: Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including the “Triple Crown Plus” brand name, logo, game graphics, software, and text, is the property of Triple Crown Plus Interactive Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)
“As Is” Basis: The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free 100% of the time.
Losses: We are not liable for any financial losses arising from your use of the Platform, including those caused by technical failures or internet connection issues on your end.
Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites linked from our Platform.
8. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in regulations or our services.
Notification: Significant changes will be announced via platform notifications or email.
Continued Use: Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Metro Manila.
